Experienced yoga practitioner Bel Taylor has been dedicated to sharing practices of traditional yoga since her initial Vinyasa teacher training in 2011.
Originally Bel found her self drawn to working with larger groups, and has since found her niche focusing on individual (1:1) students and smaller groups.
Bel's relaxed nature and intuitive teaching style encourages participants to feel and find their own flow within the class, this allowing space for being present & natural progressions.
There is an emphasis on developing a rich rejuvenating connection with a true even breath flow, establishing holistic strength as well as flexibility.
