- Class numbers are kept low to allow for individual attention & can include the following:

- Strong and dynamic (Vinyasa flow).
- Mediative and deeply relaxing (Restorative).
- Adjustments: hands on assistance with postures.
- Workshops: postures, sequence (Asana practice; Hatha yoga)
- Specifically themed & designed for your group.
