Whether you are a 3 year old or 83, Belinda believes that Yoga is for every "body" with students ranging all the way through the age spectrum, Belinda's relaxed nature, and intuitive teaching style encourages participants to feel and find their own flow within the class.
Belinda is an experienced Yoga practitioner whome was first introduced to yoga and meditation in her teens, and in 2011 completed her initial vinyasa teacher training, she has been dedicated to learning more about her craft & sharing the gifts of yoga ever since.
