I have now been going to Belinda's classes for over 6 months. My partner and i are regulars, going twice per week. Over this time both my core strength and flexibility has significantly improved. What i love most is the diversity of Belinda's classes - from stretches that focus more on deep breathing, to incorporating the more intense poses into the class, as well as working with inversions. The time always goes too fast! Great playlists too :)

I started learning yoga with Bel 2 years ago. The atmosphere that Bel creates made me feel comfortable, relaxed and welcome. Bel helped me get into the best physical shape i had been in and also helped me cope with every day stresses by giving me techniques through her yoga practice. She fast became a mentor for me in my yoga practice and life. her practice is great for all body types and physical capabilities and has even helped me with certain injuries by healing through yoga. I couldn't recommend someone more highly than Bel and the fluid yoga practice.

As a tradesman and running a small business not only are you always thinking & under pressure but also time poor leaving no time out for yourself, i fell into this trap and found that yoga was very beneficial for both mind and body and even repaired some long time knee injuries that would not seem to go. Bel's vinyasa classes incorporate strength and flexibility training into a meditative flow to work with both body and mind. After more than 12 months with Bel i've built upper body and core strength, and also learned some really valuable relaxation and breathing techniques to help manage stress or anxiety. Bel brings real joy and warmth to her classes to create a positive supportive space for learning at all levels. A wonderful teacher!

I have had the pleasure of being taught yoga by Belinda from Fluid Yoga for the past year at her lovely private studio. Belinda is a beautiful soul, kind, caring and extremely knowledgable and i couldn't recommend her more highly! One area that my strength training lacked was definitely flexibility and Belinda showed me how to get that through movement patterns, holds, and breath work. Some areas were really hard for me in the beginning but with Belinda's patience and guidance i was able to achieve more flexibility and strength as a result! I always look forward to a session with Belinda, it's a great way to start my day and her traditional yoga approach is refreshing.
